Need 2 roommates for a 3 Bed, 2 Bath (Wrigleyville) in Chicago, Illinois

Both of my current roommates are moving out of my unit when our lease is up on June 30, and I'm looking for two people to take their places on a new lease from July 1, xxxx - June 30, xxxx. Rent is $xxxx per month ($720 per person) in a great part of Lakeview/Wrigleyville with a lot of young people and young families. The apartment is just a minute or two's walk from Jewel-Osco and various bars/restaurants near the Clark/Addison intersection, and is about a 10 minute walk to either the Addison Red Line or the Southport Brown Line. Street parking isn't a problem on non-Cubs game nights, though you do need to purchase a permit from the city to park in the neighborhood. The unit is completely furnished in common areas, but we could probably fit some more furniture in the living room. I'm a 25-year-old male, social drinker and non-drug-user, looking for either male or female roommates who will have no trouble paying the bills and enjoy hanging out and being sociable. I've had these landlords for the past year, and they're both super reasonable and quick to fix any problems that might arise with the apartment.
